The access and/or use of this Airlens portal attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected here. The mentioned Conditions will be applied independently of the General Conditions of Contracting that in their case are of obligatory fulfilment.

http://www.airlensdesigns.com provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter referred to as “the content”) on the Internet belonging to Airlens or its licensors to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. Said responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary to access certain services or contents.
In said registration the USER will be responsible for providing true and lawful information. As a consequence of this registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which he will be responsible, undertaking to make diligent and confidential use of it. The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services (such as chat services, discussion forums or news groups) that Airlens offers through its portal and, by way of illustration but not limitation, not to use them for (i) incurring in illegal, illicit activities or those that are contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminating content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, in defence of terrorism or against human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of Airlens, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempt to access and, where appropriate, use the e-mail accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages. Airlens reserves the right to withdraw all those comments and contributions that violate respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that threaten youth or children, public order or security or that, in its opinion, are not appropriate for publication. In any case, Airlens will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through the forums, chats, or other participation tools.

Airlens complies with the directives of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December which approves the Regulation for the development of the Organic Law, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 and other regulations in force at any given time, and ensures that the user’s personal data are used and processed correctly for the time necessary to carry out the purpose for which they were collected. Airlens, by itself or as an assignee, is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as of the elements contained in it (by way of example, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; brands or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), owned by Airlens or its licensors.

By virtue of the provisions of Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Law on Intellectual Property, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including the method of making available, of all or part of the contents of this website, for commercial purposes, on any support and by any technical means, without the authorisation of Airlens, is expressly prohibited. The USER undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by Airlens. Airlens reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the portal and/or services offered without prior notice, at its own request or that of a third party, to those users who do not comply with these General Conditions of Use.

Airlens will prosecute the breach of these conditions as well as any improper use of its website by exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it by law.

Airlens may at any time modify the conditions determined here, being duly published as they appear here.
The validity of these conditions will depend on their exposure and will remain in force until they are duly published and modified by others.

The relationship between Airlens and the USER will be governed by the Spanish regulations in force and any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
